Each of us often experiences a feeling of annoyance, and sometimes even wants to leave immediately. So friendliness is the first prerequisite for you to feel well served.
Humility
I have been in the legal profession for the second decade. I've met bumbling fellow attorneys, proud prosecutors, arrogant judges. I always found out over time that they were hiding something dark. But I met a number of humble professors, deans, constitutional judges with whom I was comfortable, though they were so much more educated than I was.
listening
When I give lectures to children in elementary schools or college students, I always have a good idea of what I want to convey. Over the years of lectures, however, I have learned to listen to what the audience wants from me, not what I want to tell them. Because if I want to enrich them, it's not about me, it's about others.
It's a family
I don't believe in the notion that family is survivalist. On the contrary, I believe that the relationship of a man and a woman gives a clear stability not only to private life, but also to work. That's why my wife Bc works in my office as well. Veronika Němcová, who offers a feminine view of law and justice, that is, a gentle, kind look.
